Once a consultation is open, everything inside it — messaging, sharing your brief, and agreeing a contract — is free, with no per-message charges. Your tokens are refunded if the provider doesn’t respond within 72 hours, if they end the chat, or once your first contract with them is paid, so starting a conversation is low-risk.
A full chat thread with the provider, including file attachments. Their name become visible to you. The thread stays open for 30 days from your last message, and the timer pauses while money is in escrow.
After 72 hours of silence, your tokens are refunded automatically and the consultation closes. You can request another expert without spending again.

No. Clients pay only the contract total they agreed. The platform fee comes out of the provider's side (they keep 85%, we retain 15%).
Once the work's signed off or the auto-release window closes without a dispute, escrow releases and Stripe transfers the funds to your bank in a couple of business days. You see the timing the moment the contract is signed, and there's no invoice chase.
Escrow freezes until our admin team resolves it. You can submit evidence and a written response while the dispute is open.

Yes. Experts and manufacturers can hire other providers too. There's a role switcher in your account that flips the marketplace lens. Your messages, billing, and notifications re-filter to whichever side you're working from. Useful for experts who manage food projects themselves and need to bring in specialists.
Yes. You can deactivate first (reversible, log back in any time within 3 years) or permanently delete. The one exception: you can't delete an account with an active contract or money in escrow.
