b. Intermediary Role:

We act strictly as an intermediary to facilitate connections. We are not an employer, representative, or agent for either Clients or Experts.

c. Limitations:

We do not guarantee or take responsibility for the quality, results, or outcomes of services delivered by Experts or Manufacturers. These remain the sole responsibility of the service provider.

a. Verification by Clients:

While FoodCS endeavors to verify Experts and Manufacturers listed on the platform, Clients are advised to carry out their own due diligence to confirm the credentials and suitability of service providers.

b. Professional Standards:

Experts and Manufacturers must conduct themselves in line with professional standards, ethical practices, and all applicable laws or regulations relevant to their services.

c. Proper Use of Platform:

Users must not misuse the platform, including engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity. Any such misuse will result in termination of access.

a. Payment Processing:

All payments are processed through secure, acceptable payment providers integrated with the FoodCS platform.

b. Transparency of Fees:

Any applicable fees, commissions, or subscription costs will be clearly communicated to Users before purchase or subscription.

c. Release of Funds:

Payments will only be released to Experts and Manufacturers once services have been confirmed as delivered to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

All platform-related intellectual property, including branding, design, algorithms, and software, remains the exclusive property of FoodCS.

b. User-Generated Content:

Users retain ownership of any materials they upload but grant FoodCS a limited license to use such content solely for the operation, maintenance, and functionality of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User’s account where these Terms are breached, or where activity is found to be fraudulent or harmful to the platform.

b. By User:

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team. Account deletion requests will be processed promptly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
