A little about me…

My journey in food began at 16 as a cheese seller at a vegetarian food market. I went on to study Culinary Arts at DIT (now TU Dublin), where I discovered my passion for food product development and sensory analysis, followed by an MSc in Culinary Innovation and Food Development.

With over a decade of experience in the food industry, I'm passionate about food, innovation and bringing ideas to life.

That's why I created FoodCS: to help food businesses connect with the right experts and manufacturers to turn their ideas into reality.

A little about me…

My journey in tech began in 2022, building websites for real users as a frontend developer. Since then, I've built full-stack and AI products people rely on, from tools that support hospice and palliative care teams to an app that helps communities respond to emergencies.

As Lead Engineer, I'm passionate about building software that is reliable, thoughtful and a pleasure to use.

That's what I bring to FoodCS: helping build a platform food businesses can trust, where every match, message and payment just works.
